Stress

Stress impacts both the mind and body, contributing to fatigue, tension, sleep disturbances, and other health concerns. Acupuncture works to calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and restore balance, helping your body release tension and regain a sense of calm. Combined with lifestyle guidance and, when appropriate, herbal medicine, it offers a holistic approach to managing stress and supporting overall wellbeing.
